Hungry? Thirsty? No problem. Simone made sure we had a pit stop for the best gelato in town. I don’t know what was smoother – the ride or the gelato. And for those looking for a little more adult refreshment, we enjoyed a quick aperol spritz break. Because nothing says “I’m in Rome” like sipping a refreshing cocktail while zipping through the streets.

The best part? Anytime we wanted to stop for a photo op or an extra gelato (sadly, not included, but hey, we’re in Italy!), Simone was more than accommodating. Our kids (4 &10) especially loved stopping to learn how to get water from the ancient water fountains scattered around the city. It's the perfect blend of fun and education!
